Job Summary:
Regional Recruiting Lead, Northeast Kyle McGovern is recruiting this position. email me linkedin Our Washington D.C. client is seeking a Risk Adjustment & Population Health Program Governance Lead/Manager to join their team immediately on a mostly remote contract through 12/31/2026. Project kickoff & milestone travel is expected - travel expenses will be covered.- This client is only accepting candidates that can work as our W2 consultant.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Epic implementation, clinical workflow design, or healthcare revenue cycle
- Familiarity with charge capture processes and clinical documentation in an inpatient or ambulatory setting
- Ability to engage directly with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principles
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Epic certification in a relevant clinical module (EpicCare Ambulatory, Resolute, or similar)
- Experience with charge capture optimization or revenue integrity initiatives
- Exposure to clinical specialty areas such as Radiology, Lab, Pathology, or Urgent Care
