Job Summary and Qualifications Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the Risk Management Program, including the functions of clinical risk management, claims management, program administration and risk management education for the facility. Will be responsible for coordination of systems necessary for the identification, evaluation, monitoring, reduction and /or elimination of professional and general liability risk exposures.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in a health related field Current FL RN or Social Work license Three to five years clinical experience in a healthcare setting required. Previous experience in a supervisory and/or management role required. Knowledge of State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations. Minimum of two years experience with healthcare risk management preferred. Previous experience with hospital management, risk and claims management also preferred.
