Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties. Provides information and assistance to staff, clients and the public in a professional manner. Relieves the assigned Manager of routine duties and is required to make routine administrative decisions.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or business school graduate; or two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience may be subsituted for the educational requirement.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
No certification and/or licensure requirement.
C. EXPERIENCE
In addition to the educational requirement, three (3) years of experience as a secretary; or one (1) year of administrative or secretarial experience with a bachelor's degree. Experience in a hospital or health care setting preferred.
Experience to demonstrate the following:
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Access highly desirable. o Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Prior leadership experience preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Vet Your Health.
