About the Role This is a critical role focused on protecting the organization, its people, and its operations. As a Risk Management Specialist with the YMCA, you will lead investigations into incidents, identify potential risks, and help implement strategies that promote safety, compliance, and accountability across the association. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will also play a key role in training staff, supporting risk awareness, and helping maintain a safe environment for members, participants, and employees.
