We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Lead to oversee complex, lost?time, and litigated claims while serving as the organization's internal subject matter expert . This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate claim handling, regulatory compliance, and high?quality performance from third?party administrators (TPAs). What You'll Do Lead Complex Claims- Manage the full lifecycle of lost?time and high?severity Workers' Compensation claims with accuracy and compliance. Serve as SME
- Provide internal guidance on best practices, regulatory requirements, and strategic claim direction. Oversee TPA Performance
- Conduct audits, evaluate quality, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Manage Litigated Claims
- Direct high?risk, litigated files with significant exposure and settlement authority. Partner With Legal
- Collaborate with counsel to develop case strategies, set reserves, and drive favorable resolutions. Drive Cost Containment
- Identify opportunities to reduce claim costs while maintaining compliance and quality. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Uphold state and federal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
