Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Lead to oversee complex, lost?time, and litigated claims while serving as the organization's internal subject matter expert . This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate claim handling, regulatory compliance, and high?quality performance from third?party administrators (TPAs). What You'll Do Lead Complex Claims
  • Manage the full lifecycle of lost?time and high?severity Workers' Compensation claims with accuracy and compliance. Serve as SME
  • Provide internal guidance on best practices, regulatory requirements, and strategic claim direction. Oversee TPA Performance
  • Conduct audits, evaluate quality, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Manage Litigated Claims
  • Direct high?risk, litigated files with significant exposure and settlement authority. Partner With Legal
  • Collaborate with counsel to develop case strategies, set reserves, and drive favorable resolutions. Drive Cost Containment
  • Identify opportunities to reduce claim costs while maintaining compliance and quality. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Uphold state and federal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
What You Bring 2 years of college or specialized training 3+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience (lost?time or litigated preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to excellent customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook) Ready to Make an Impact?
