Risk Management Representative Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System - 3.2 Jackson, MS Job Details 14 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Risk Mgmt Representative supports all aspects of the risk management, worker's compensation, and/or insurance programs of FMOLHS by preparing reports of activities within department, submitting invoices, and reconciling financials for accurate budgetary assignment and any other administrative support needed in the department. Financial Prepares payment vouchers for departmental invoices. Reviews accuracy of financial payments. Provides monthly reconciliation of all billing and research discrepancies. Reporting Prepares statistical reports for risk management or workers' compensation. Prepare summary data for annual workers compensation reports and other state, federal agencies or incident reporting. Distributes reports to managers, department heads, and others as required. Administrative Reviews subpoenas and forwards to appropriate parties. Assists with scheduling of depositions and court appearances. Monitors departmental projects to ensure timely completion and assists other team members. Answers phone, takes accurate messages, does filing and data entry to assist other team members.
