Job Summary:
Lead ABL Credit Delivery team responsible for structuring, underwriting and managing ABL transactions and loans to Commercial and Corporate banking clients. Lead teams that structure, underwrite, negotiate and close ABL transactions. Lead teams of asset managers to manage/mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions. Mentor and coach team leaders. Drive the restructuring of problem loans and workouts and closely monitor complex transactions. Manage ABL credit, operational and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Lead team of underwriters and analysts in the execution of new ABL transactions. 2. Attract, retain and develop a team of top credit professionals. 3. Drive in depth qualitative and quantitative analysis culminating in structures that balance client needs with risk appetite. 4. Guide underwriting team on structuring and negotiating of legal documents. 5. Communicate and oversee compliance with risk policies and procedures. 6. Work with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to align strategic objectives, share market knowledge, and facilitate seamless execution. 7. Demonstrate Truist culture and values.
Required Qualifications:

Licenses:
Series 79 or 63 15+ years of related work experience Extensive subject matter expertise including advanced understanding of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation strategies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functional areas to resolve complex issues. Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully. Evidence of ability to develop and retain top talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA degree, with a Finance focus 3-5 years of management experience Diversified product structuring/underwriting/portfolio management experience General Description of Available Benefits for
