This high-impact leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, and department teams to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risk while promoting a culture of compliance, patient safety, and accountability. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader with strong clinical and risk management experience who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the organization's risk management program Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and best practices Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and clinical risks Partner with legal teams on litigation support, investigations, and documentation gathering Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards Serve as the organization's Compliance and Ethics Officer Provide education and training to leadership and staff regarding risk management and incident reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient safety and reduce organizational exposure Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or MBA strongly preferred Acute healthcare risk management experience highly preferred Strong background in compliance, investigations, and regulatory processes Proven leadership experience within healthcare environments Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and retirement plans Generous paid time off Work-from-home flexibility Relocation assistance up to $10,000
