Responsible for the analysis, structuring, and administration of the various risk management data sets of the installer onboarding and continuous monitoring of EnFin counterparty/installer risk. Lead the development and execution of reporting and analytics for the department to ensure standardization amongst the teams. Responsible for the research, development, enhancement, and documentation of counterparty risk, methodologies, and tools for regulatory and risk management purposes. Ensure on-time reporting to all counterparties, including banks and customers, to mitigate risk and identify any issues or concerns. Calculate, develop, design, implement, and present various reports to investors, senior management, counterparties, and lenders and monitor compliance with underlying agreements. Analyze and interpret operation and financial data from various systems, including analysis of operational data, sales data, compliance, collections, and margin reviews. Support and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization utilizing various financial, statistical, and analytical reports. Lead projects and work with Risk Managers and other stakeholders to address their requests for additional analysis based on specific needs as they arise. Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and executive teams to provide evidentiary analysis of scenarios and outcome in support of risk decisions. Identify control gaps and conduct audits to ensure the establishment and implementation of industry best practices and procedures. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the US. Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of related experience.
