Job Description:

SW Houston client is looking for a direct hire Risk Manager to oversee and manage the organization's corporate insurance program, ensuring adequate coverage across property, casualty, and liability policies. Analyze risk exposures and lead annual insurance renewals, including underwriting submissions and policy negotiations. Responsibilities Administer and monitor insurance claims in partnership with third-party administrators, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting. Maintain insurance documentation, secure project-related bonds, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to support enterprise risk mitigation and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions. Prepare analytical reports for underwriting, budgeting, and claims management to support data-driven decision-making. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to strengthen risk management practices and operational resilience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, claims administration, or related field. ARM, CPCU, or other relevant insurance certifications preferred.
