Job Description:
Smaller hospital looking to bring on Quality/Risk Director! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign On Bonus and Full Relocation! Must have Risk Management/Quality/Patient Safety experience including primary responsibility for performance improvement activities, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, leadership, and risk management activities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred. Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management, including primary responsibility for performance improvement activities, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, leadership, and risk management activities. Knowledge of State, Joint Commission surveys; being the leader for these surveys and creating responses/action plans. Experience in Patient Experience/Patient Satisfaction surveys and portals such as NRC or Press Ganey and handling patient complaints and Grievance Letter process. LEAN/Six Sigma training and/or hold any certifications (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) and experience leading teams.
