This role focuses on timely and accurate trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, and coordination with advisors and investment leadership in a fiduciary wealth management environment. Responsibilities  Execute trades across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and fixed income securities  Support portfolio rebalancing and model-based investment strategies  Monitor market conditions and assess execution timing and liquidity  Review trade orders for accuracy, suitability, and compliance with firm guidelines  Coordinate with financial advisors, portfolio managers, and operations staff  Manage trade allocations, corrections, and reconciliations  Maintain accurate trade documentation and records  Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and firm policies  Assist with implementation of new investment strategies or platforms Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field  2+ years of experience in trading, investment operations, or portfolio support  Working knowledge of securities markets and trade execution  Experience in a regulated financial services or advisory environment  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  Proficiency with trading platforms, custodial systems, and Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications  Experience in wealth management or registered investment advisory (RIA) firms  Familiarity with model portfolios and rebalancing strategies  FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, or 65) or ability to obtain  Progress toward CFA designation Benefits  Competitive salary based on experience  Performance-based incentive opportunities  Health, retirement, and paid time off benefitsNow c  Licensing and professional development support
