What You'll Be Doing The Institutional Equity Agency Trader executes trades for institutional clients in the equity markets. They work closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to implement investment strategies and achieve optimal execution for client orders. The Institutional Equity Agency Trader deeply understands market dynamics, liquidity, and trading algorithms. They monitor market trends, analyze trading data, and seek opportunities to improve execution performance. What We're Looking For Trade equities are utilizing trading strategies. Research and trade exchange list equities based on fundamental and technical analysis of individual stock components. Initiate positions in securities based on technical and fundamental analysis of specific stock, industry, and market conditions. Stay abreast of all capital market developments by constantly monitoring equity and industry research reports. Develop short and long-term strategies to increase the firm's capital trading. What You'll Bring Ability to analyze data quickly and efficiently to make profitable trading decisions. Ability to conduct market research to stay abreast of the economic environment. Ability to design and execute trading strategies.
Education & Experience Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum Required:
2+ years of experience in equity trading.
Licenses & Credentials Minimum Required:
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 57. Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiar with trading programs.
