Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you drive fixed income portfolio ideas and support Investment Policy Committee decisions. You will help scale fixed income strategies across a global client base and develop new approaches that address client objectives. You collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Trading, Implementation, and other Portfolio Engineers to manage rebalances and trade lifecycles, while communicating strategy insights to internal teams and key clients. Reporting to the Group Vice President of Portfolio Engineering, you influence portfolio management practices and firm-wide growth.
Compensation / Benefits
- Collaborate with peers to develop and implement fixed income portfolio ideas
- Support Investment Policy Committee decision-making across all fixed income strategies
- Lead efforts to scale fixed income strategies globally
- Develop new fixed income strategies addressing client objectives
- Work with Research Analysts, Trading and Implementation teams to manage portfolio management processes
- Lead rebalances and oversee trade lifecycles
- Communicate strategy insights to internal clients and large external clients via meetings and deliverables
- Maintain and develop portfolio tools to improve performance and scalability Tasks
- 7+ years in fixed income portfolio management or similar buy-side role
- experience in buy-side research and trading
- proven ability to lead growth initiatives across teams
- strong track record of communicating insights and driving portfolio impact
- ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
- proficiency with financial data systems
