Job Description

Experteer Overview In this Senior Portfolio Engineer role, you will collaborate with peers to develop and implement fixed income ideas and support Investment Policy Committee decisions. You will lead scaling efforts of fixed income strategies across our global client base and help shape new strategies to meet client objectives. You'll work with research, trading, and implementation teams to manage rebalance activity and trade lifecycles, while communicating insights to clients and internal stakeholders. This role offers high visibility and meaningful impact on a scalable fixed income platform.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Collaborate to develop and implement fixed income ideas and support IPC decisions
  • Lead scaling of fixed income strategies across global clients
  • Develop new fixed income strategies addressing client objectives
  • Coordinate with Research, Trading, and Implementation teams on portfolio management processes
  • Oversee rebalances and trade life cycles
  • Communicate strategy insights to internal clients and major external clients
  • Maintain and enhance portfolio tools to improve performance and scalability Tasks
  • 7+ years of fixed income experience in a buy-side portfolio management context
  • Proven track record in communicating insights and driving portfolio impact
  • Experience in managing and manipulating large data sets and using financial data systems
  • Desire to lead growth initiatives across teams
  • Strong macroeconomic, quantitative/risk analysis capabilities Key requirements
