Full Time / Contract Job Description We are seeking skilled and driven Stock Brokers, Traders, and Capital Professionals to play a pivotal role in raising capital for high-profile construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial markets and proven expertise in sourcing, structuring, and managing capital investment opportunities. This role will be instrumental in partnering with stakeholders to secure funding and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential investors to secure capital for construction and infrastructure projects. Conduct market research and real-time financial analysis to support investment strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutional investors, and private equity partners. Negotiate and structure capital raise deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project developers, engineers, and legal teams to align project objectives with investor expectations. Prepare and present investment proposals, market updates, and performance reports. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities related to construction and capital markets. Ensure transparency and ethical conduct in all financial transactions and client interactions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a stock broker, trader, capital markets professional, or in a similar financial role. Proven track record in raising capital or closing investment deals, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure. Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications such as Series 7/63, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent. Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working with institutional investors and private equity firms. Prior exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure capital raising projects. Strong network within financial and investment communities.
