• Tax Resolution We are a tax resolution firm seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to support clients throughout the tax resolution process.

This role is focused on providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Position Overview The Customer Care Representative acts as a support contact for active clients, helping them stay informed, organized, and on track throughout the resolution process. You will work alongside account managers and resolution staff, but will not be responsible for negotiating or managing cases. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Respond to inbound client calls, texts, and emails Provide general updates on case progress and timelines Answer basic questions regarding IRS notices and next steps Assist clients with submitting documents and completing forms Route more complex issues to the appropriate team members Maintain accurate notes and communication records Deliver a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions Customer service or call center experience required Prior exposure to tax resolution, tax prep, or IRS processes is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to handle multiple client interactions daily Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional and patient when handling sensitive situations How to
