We're currently looking for a Junior Tax Associate to become part of our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing tax filings, performing research, and assisting clients with a variety of tax-related projects. This position is based in our City of Industry office and follows a 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule. During peak tax seasons, extended hours (approximately 55-60 hours per week ) will be expected. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Conduct tax research and support clients with planning and compliance matters Communicate with clients to collect and verify financial data Analyze financial information to ensure the accuracy of tax documents Monitor updates to tax codes and regulations Assist with responding to tax notices and supporting audit activities Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or expected graduation by June 2026 ) Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles Experience with CCH Axcess and SurePrep software is a plus Working knowledge of general ledger systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Mandarin is a plus Why Join Us Supportive, team-oriented work culture Ongoing professional training and development opportunities Exposure to modern accounting tools and technology Opportunities for career advancement
