Corporate Tax Our Corporate Tax Department supports a complex multinational business environment and offers hands‑on learning opportunities for students interested in corporate taxation. Position Summary The Tax Intern will work closely with the Corporate Tax team to support U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance activities. This role provides exposure to a wide range of corporate tax functions, including return preparation, research, data analysis, and compliance tracking. The internship begins at the end of the Spring 2026 semester (mid‑May) and continues through the summer, with the option to extend part‑time into the fall and spring semesters. Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Reporting
Assist in preparing general business tax filings, including sales tax returns and annual reports.
Support the preparation of federal, state, and international income tax returns.
Maintain the Americas tax compliance calendar to ensure timely filings.
Update and manage the worldwide legal entity organization chart.
Tax Research & Analysis
Conduct research on corporate tax issues and summarize findings for the tax team.
Assist with data gathering and analysis related to tax compliance and audits.
Departmental Support
Work with financial statements and supporting schedules.
Collaborate with tax team members on special projects and process improvements. Qualifications Education Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred class standing: Sophomore or Junior during the 2026-2027 academic year. Skills & Competencies Strong interest in corporate taxation and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles (US GAAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with other MS Office tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
