A fast-growing, boutique full-service tax firm in the Hartford area is seeking a Tax Senior or experienced Reviewer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. Your Role:
Prepare and review a wide range of returns, including 1040s, 1041s, 1120, 1120S, 1065 , and estate filings .
Work across industries:
real estate, construction, family-owned businesses, and more. Mentor staff, review complex work, and support client strategy conversations. Contribute to a firm culture built on collaboration, quality, and work-life balance.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of public accounting experience. Bachelor's in Accounting (required); CPA or EA license (preferred or in progress). Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems (a plus!). A generalist mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
