Tax Senior

We are a well-established public accounting firm based in Boca Raton, known for delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse client base. We're growing and looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join our collaborative and client-focused team.

What You'll Do-Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and C-corps-Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with minimal supervision-Identify tax planning opportunities and support year-round advisory services-Mentor and review work of junior staff-Communicate directly with clients to gather information and provide updates-Stay current on tax laws and regulationsWhat We're Looking For-Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation is a plus)-CPA license or actively pursuing-3+ years of public accounting tax experience-Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance-Experience with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses preferred-Excellent communication and organizational skills-Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary + performance bonusesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)401(k) with firm contributionGenerous PTO and flexible schedulingSupportive, team-oriented cultureOpportunity for long-term growth and advancement
