Senior Tax Associate

We are partnering with a well-regarded boutique CPA firm seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join its growing team. The firm offers a broad range of services across taxation, business advisory, and compliance, providing exposure to high-quality work and a diverse client base. The Role You will be involved in all aspects of tax services, working closely with senior leadership and supporting a portfolio of clients across a range of engagements. This is a hands-on role offering responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to develop within a collaborative environment. What We're Looking For Experience within public accounting, with a focus on tax Strong understanding of tax preparation and compliance Ability to manage work independently while collaborating within a team A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop Technical Skills (Preferred) Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax Experience with CCH Axcess Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field CPA (or working towards) preferred The Opportunity Competitive compensation and bonus structure Exposure to a wide range of tax and advisory work Clear progression within a growing boutique firm Supportive, team-oriented environment

INDPA Pay:

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
