TITLE:
Insurance Premium Tax Specialist
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in any field and 2 years of experience using TriTech Premium Pro, State Allocator and Municipal Allocator.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IIF Converter.
JOB DUTIES
Prepare and file complex tax returns for clients across multiple U.S. jurisdictions in compliance with evolving regulations. Analyze and apply state insurance laws and financial procedures to ensure full regulatory adherence. Support quarterly and annual closings by compiling, validating, and reconciling financial data within the general ledger. Conduct detailed financial analyses, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with specialized accounting projects as assigned. Collaboration with account managers and clients is essential to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high service standards. Provide a broad spectrum of sophisticated accounting and tax functions for an extensive portfolio of captive insurance companies and risk retention groups.
SALARY:
$56,200 per year.
