Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Tax Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and preparing tax documentation in compliance with current regulations. Your expertise will support our financial operations, aid in strategic decision-making, and ensure regulatory adherence. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to precision and excellence. Duties Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks,, including general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation. Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure all debits and credits are correctly recorded and balanced. Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making and regulatory reporting requirements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Conduct tax preparation activities, including tax experience related to income tax filings Maintain fixed asset schedules Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting accurately. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
