Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We're seeking an Administrative Associate to join our growing team! The Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the E.A. Buck Accounting & Tax Services (EABATS) team while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members. This role supports day-to-day tax operations through scheduling, client communication, document management, tax preparation support, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment, especially during tax season. Duties include but are not limited to: Answer incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for tax professionals and clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for select tax clients and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor, organize, and track client workpapers and documentation needed for tax preparation. Assist with tax season processes including scanning, assembling, logging, tracking signatures, and delivering tax returns. Input and maintain accurate client information within CRM, tax software, and internal systems. Coordinate invoice billing, payments, and collection activities. Maintain organized files, records, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Support tax professionals with administrative, operational, and process-related tasks. Assist with special projects, internal process improvements, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years of administrative experience preferred, ideally within a tax, accounting, or professional services environment.
