Job Description

Job Summary We are Seeking for a Tax Professional This role focuses on providing personalized tax compliance and planning services, primarily targeting closely held private businesses and their owners. The firm operates locally and offers a clear partnership track for motivated candidates.
Job Responsibilities Compliance Management:
Supervise and/or prepare income tax return compliance engagements for the firm''s clients.
Tax Planning:
Formulate and execute tax planning strategies across multiple tax types, including Corporate, S Corporate, Partnership, Trust, Individual, Estate, Gift, and Not-for-Profit entities.
Required Qualifications Professional Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience strictly focused on preparing and reviewing income tax returns.
Technical Knowledge:
A strong, up-to-date understanding of recent Federal tax laws affecting individuals and closely held, private businesses (C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships).
Bonus Qualification:
Experience working with complex trusts and estates is highly beneficial, though not strictly required.
