Core Responsibilities:
Support Enrolled Agents with case preparation and tax resolution workflows Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate case records Collect, gather, organize, and validate client financial documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy Assist with basic tax resolution components under supervision Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables and internal projects Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information in accordance with company policies
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience in tax preparation, tax resolution, or a related administrative role is a plus Working knowledge of IRS processes and tax resolution fundamentals preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-service approach Ability to follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the role About you: If you are an ambitious and results-driven professional seeking a flexible and rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply.
