8+ years of experience Strong understanding of Tax Operations, including documentation (W-8/W-9 or equivalent), withholding tax (WHT), and reporting Proven experience in data analysis and transaction processing within financial systems Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and relationships in complex datasets, and define data mapping logic Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, Tax Advisory, Engineering) Familiarity with rule engines and decision modeling tools (Drools, Signavio DMN) is required Exposure to testing frameworks (Fitnesse), UAT, and regression testing methodologies Strong SQL knowledge Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Candidate needs to work from client office in NYC - 5 days a week.
