Tax Associate Key Responsibilities:

Represent high-profile for-profit and exempt organization clients in complex transactions. Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, & controversy matters. Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Although a few years' experience is preferred, we are open to recent graduates who have an undergraduate in business/accounting and/or have taken substantial tax related courses in law school.
