Job DescriptionJob Description Senior Associate Are you looking for a public accounting role where you can work directly with clients, gain exposure to a wide variety of tax and accounting work, and be part of a smaller collaborative team environment? The CPA Firm, LLC is a growing public accounting firm based in Media, PA. We work closely with entrepreneurs, individuals, and privately held businesses to help them navigate accounting, tax compliance, and long-term financial strategies. Unlike larger firms where responsibilities are often highly segmented, our team members gain hands-on experience across many areas of accounting and taxation while building meaningful client relationships and contributing directly to client success. We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Associate with public accounting experience who is eager to continue growing professionally in a flexible, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
  • Review ongoing bookkeeping and accounting records for clients
  • Prepare and file individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns
  • Assist clients with tax planning and tax strategy discussions
  • Ensure tax compliance and accurate financial reporting
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
  • Perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and related accounting work
  • Collaborate with team members on client projects and deadlines Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of taxation and accounting principles
  • Experience preparing tax returns and working with financial records
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Motivated, organized, and eager to continue learning and growing professionally Compensation & Benefits
  • Target salary range: $95,000 - $140,000+, depending on experience and overall fit
