Integrity Financial Associates helps businesses and individuals resolve back-tax issues with the IRS and state agencies—honestly, transparently, and effectively. We believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and doing what's right for our clients every time. If you're an Enrolled Agent or experienced tax professional who enjoys solving complex problems and negotiating successful resolutions, you'll find a long-term home here. What You'll Do Represent business and individual clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Review tax transcripts and financials to identify the best path to resolution (Installment Agreements, OICs, CNCs, etc.). Communicate directly with the IRS and state agencies to achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with our case team to ensure each client's file moves forward efficiently. Earn commissions for new client engagements and rebilled work you oversee. What We're Looking For Enrolled Agent in good standing (CPA also considered). Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex issues simply. Strategic thinker who can handle multiple active cases at once. Minimum 2 years of tax resolution or representation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Professionalism, accountability, and commitment to client success.
