Job Description
Lead Analyst, International Tax A global manufacturer is seeking a Lead Analyst, International Tax to support complex international tax provision work, U.S. federal reporting, and global transparency requirements. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert and key individual contributor, partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across international tax processes. This position follows a hybrid schedule with on‑site presence required four days per week. Key Responsibilities Lead preparation and review of international tax calculations, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, basis, and related items Compute and maintain current and accumulated E&P and PTEP pools for foreign subsidiaries Support U.S. federal income tax reporting by coordinating data collection and reviewing international forms and disclosures (5471, 8858, 8865, 8992, 8990, 8975, 1118) Coordinate global data needs for Pillar 2 requirements, including GIR and QDMTT Provide inputs to the effective tax rate model and analyze drivers of rate changes Review international components of the income tax provision, including deferred taxes, taxes payable, and uncertain tax positions Maintain and support tax provision and compliance systems (OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax) Partner with Treasury on international operational matters such as dividends, intercompany financing, withholding taxes, and FX considerations Monitor global tax law changes and assess impacts to the organization Identify and implement process improvements, controls enhancements, and documentation updates Support audits, regulatory reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Advanced degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred Experience with global ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Hands‑on experience with OneSource tax systems Strong understanding of ASC 740 Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with complex tax and financial data Experience supporting multinational organizations with complex global tax footprints Competencies Agile and adaptable in a changing environment Customer‑focused mindset Collaborative and people‑oriented approach Strong ownership mentality and performance‑driven Commitment to mission‑driven work and organizational values Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $100,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience and location Eligible for annual bonus program Comprehensive health, wellness, and insurance benefits Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off, holidays, and leave programs Education assistance and adoption support The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
