Senior Tax Associate

Some CPA firms grow by hiring more people and pushing everyone harder. This one has taken the opposite approach. They've deliberately kept growth steady, protected work-life balance, and even turned away business rather than overload the team. As a result, they've built a genuinely stable firm where people want to stay. They're now looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate into their Indiana team. The firm has around 50 people across tax, audit, and advisory, with a really good mix of experience levels and personalities. There's proper support for people coming through, but you're also trusted with real responsibility early on. The role itself is broad. You'll work across individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and nonprofit returns for a varied client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, manufacturing, construction, nonprofits, and HNW individuals. INDILL Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
