Senior Tax Associate Fort Wayne, IN Busy season always comes with a trade off. The hours go up… but what do you actually get back for it? At most firms, not a lot. This role sits at that 5 to 7 year level in public accounting. You'll need your CPA, and you'll already be comfortable managing your own work and supporting junior staff where needed. You will have lots of variety in this role, it's diverse, interesting and most importantly will give you the space to keep on growing. The team is office based day to day, which works well for how they collaborate, but there is flexibility around your schedule when you need it. It's not rigid for the sake of it.
