Job Description

The Tax Senior Associate plays an essential role in this mission by focusing on the preparation and review of individual tax returns. This role also includes Financial Planning and the delivery of basic and accurate financial planning analysis and advice.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual 1040 tax returns: Gather, analyze and enter data through interactions with clients and Financial Advisors Review prepared return to prior year and notes Document advice in a robust and meaningful way with some support Finalize tax returns Research and write responses to client's questions. Prepare tax projections and Roth IRA conversions. Support and assist with the tax return process. Update trackers to ensure the client's information is received, tax returns prepared, and are then communicated to each client Properly document interactions with clients and assumptions used in preparation of the tax returns and projections.
Create financial plans:
Gather, analyze & enter data Document advice in a robust and meaningful way with some support Research and prepare product recommendations to implement on advice with support Prepare proposals as necessary Assist in answering questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts. Attend client meetings upon request.

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
