Job Description:
Are you a talented tax professional who specializes in U.S. individual tax services? Would your ideal job offer a limited tax busy season? If so, consider joining Baker Tilly (BT) as a Senior Tax Associate - Individual Tax Services ! This internal position provides U.S. individual tax services to Baker Tilly principals, including tax preparation, planning, and consulting. This role is ideal for someone who wants to continue building a career in public accounting while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance. You won't have a traditional tax busy season, and most weeks are a 40-hour work week. This position can be performed from any location; fully remote work is allowed . Preferred locations include the Southeast and Midwest. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a related business field CPA or EA strongly preferred; CPA eligibility required Two or more years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals Experience with multistate individual tax compliance, including knowledge of composite returns, withholding, and pass-through entity taxation Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills Proficiency in CCH Axcess, PDFlyer, and Microsoft Office Suite Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees. The national pay rate range is $79,050 - $118,580
