Full-Time Job Description:
You will become the subject-matter expert on payroll and taxes as well as the go-to person for your clients to ask questions about our technology. Your primary responsibility will be payroll taxes, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end filings. The ideal candidate may also take over our bank reconciliation for invoicing. The remainder of your day and time will be converting clients from other platforms onto our system due to recent client acquisitions.

Ensuring daily tax files are created and paidEnsuring quarterly/annual returns are filed and paidDaily tax account bank reconciliationDaily tax sign offDaily tax draft and paymentConfiguration questions specific to tax settingsInvestigating tax issues and noticesResearching/resolving SSA noticesOverseeing and troubleshooting quarterly reconciliationsManaging the completion of tax amendments each quarterStaying apprised of changes to payroll & tax lawsTermination of clients in regards to tax moneyTax registrations for clientsRate exchanges with tax agenciesMonitor tax email accountWeekly registration of client tax ID's Following Benefits After 90

Payroll processing, maintenance, and updates are accurate and timely.
External reports are completed and submitted timely.
Good employee relations exist. Employee questions, problems, and complaints are promptly and courteously resolved.
Good working relations with internal and external customers, including but not limited to HR, accounting staff, consultants and managers.
Management is properly informed of area activities and relevant information.
Assistance provided to continually and effectively analyze data to ensure that information needs are met.
Payroll Operations goals and tasks are completed on schedule. Data and system integrity are maintained.
Payroll functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and related legal requirements.
