This firm hires them because they need future leaders. They have five Partners today. Two are expected to retire over the coming years, which means there is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long term career rather than spend years wondering whether the next step will ever come. The work is a good mix too. You'll work with privately owned companies, typically with revenues between $1 million and $20 million, alongside high net worth individuals. It is the kind of client base where you get to know the people behind the numbers instead of feeling like you are working through an endless production line. The firm has around 30 people and has grown steadily by around 12% each year. They are always keen to meet good accountants because finding the right people is harder than finding more work. They are particularly interested in Tax Associates with anywhere from two to four years of public accounting experience. A CPA is great but not essential. They encourage people to develop, give them room to grow, and if you are curious about what life is really like there, they even share plenty of it on Instagram. Hybrid working means three days in the office, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. During busy season, people work around 55 hours. Outside of that, it is a standard 40 hour week, and the office closes at 2pm every Friday. Here is the truth about applications.
