In this role, you will be a vital participant in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws, and providing exceptional client service. Your expertise with accounting software, tax regulations, and accounting concepts will help us deliver accurate and timely tax solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about growing in their career and helping clients optimize their tax planning strategies. Duties Prepare individual, fiduciary, and business tax returns with precision and attention to detail Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance Communicate questions/issues well with Directors, Partners, and Managers Collaborate with team members in office and remotely on complex tax issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality service Assist clients with tax planning strategies to maximize savings and compliance Able to juggle federal and state statutory deadlines Qualifications Proven 2 - 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus in taxation CPA Licensure Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax technical concepts Proficiency in tax preparation software (CCH Access), Adobe, and Excel Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax topics clearly and accurately Join us if you're eager to develop your expertise in high net worth family groups while delivering outstanding service in the Ark-La-Tex!
