The RoleAs a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services and supporting client relationships.
You will:
Execute & Deliver:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Support Planning Initiatives:
Assist with tax planning and research, helping identify opportunities to add value for clients.
Collaborate & Grow:
Work closely with Managers and Partners on engagements while mentoring and guiding junior staff.
Build Relationships:
Develop strong working relationships with clients, becoming a reliable and responsive resource.

What You BringExperience:
3-5 years of public accounting tax experience with exposure to business and individual returns.
Credentials:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field); CPA or EA certification in progress or completed is highly preferred.
Skillset:
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to client success.
Commitment:
Standard hours (8-5, M-F) with a commitment to 50-55 hours during peak season to support client needs.
