We aren't a massive, faceless corporation-and we like it that way. In our Pittsburgh office, we focus on a "culture of caring" where we listen first and advise second, treating both our clients and our team like family. We're looking for a professional who can take complex financial situations and make them simple, providing clarity and peace of mind for privately-held businesses and affluent families. If you're ready for a role that values your technical growth as much as your life outside the office, you'll find a home here.

Take ownership of tax compliance engagements for a diverse client base, including multi-tier partnerships, "C" and "S" corporations, and complex family arrangements.
Technical Preparation:
Prepare high-level federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and staying ahead of ever-changing tax rules and regulations.

Assist in developing tailored tax strategies and projections that help clients stay ahead of the curve and minimize their tax burden.

Work directly with partners and clients as a trusted advisor, helping to bring order and structure to intricate financial accounts.

Collaborate with managers to mentor junior staff and interns, playing to each other's strengths to provide well-rounded client solutions.

3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation is a strong plus.

A "straightforward" communicator who can explain complex issues in an understandable way and has a passion for building real client relationships.
What We OfferTotal Rewards:
Competitive salary between $80k-$95k, performance-based bonuses, and annual profit-sharing contributions.
Stability & Growth:
A supportive environment in a firm with over 40 years of history, offering clear paths for professional development.
Convenience:
A laid-back dress code and a suburban office location that avoids the hassle of downtown commuting.
