In this role, you will lead the preparation of a broad range of tax returns and collaborate directly with clients and firm managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, providing a balance of independent remote work and collaborative in-office days.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and drafting strategic recommendations for clients.

Provide guidance and initial review for work performed by staff accountants.

Conduct technical research to resolve routine and complex tax questions.

Maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries and delivering timely service.

QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA license or progression toward obtaining a CPA or Enrolled Agent designation.

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
