- Marietta, GA) Join a Fast-Growing Firm We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our team in Marietta, GA .
This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in-office collaboration with our team. What You'll Do Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently Communicate with clients to gather documentation and answer tax-related questions Utilize Ultra Tax , File Cabinet & CS Practice to manage workflows and client communication Review financial information and identify potential tax-saving opportunities Maintain compliance with federal and state tax regulations Follow firm procedures and quality standards Collaborate with team members and participate in growth opportunities Qualifications Minimum 3-4 years of tax preparation and filing experience Experience with tax software preferred ( Ultra Tax experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Must be willing to learn and grow within the company Enrolled Agent (EA) Requirement Current Enrolled Agent (EA) License preferred If not currently licensed, candidate must be willing to obtain EA certification within the next few months Company will cover the cost of obtaining the EA license What We Offer Competitive compensation Accelerated career advancement opportunities Performance-based pay increases as skill levels grow Pension Plan participation Future company cash plan matching Ongoing professional development and mentorship Training on company standards and systems Work Location Hybrid Position Marietta, GA (4 days per week in-office during non tax season) Why Join Us?
