Salary Range:

$75,000 - $100,000 We are an established tax and financial planning firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to lead individual tax preparation and year-round tax planning for our clients. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual tax returns to include 1040s, Schedule C, rentals, K-1s, and multi-state. Provide proactive tax planning and projections. Collaborate with financial advisors on client strategies. Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Support workflow and team during tax season. What We're Looking For CPA or EA with a demonstrated track record of success. 5+ years of individual tax preparation experience. Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax. Experience with tax planning/advisory work. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and client experience.
