Greenville, SC Who:
An experienced tax professional with at least three years in public accounting and eligibility to pursue or already holding a CPA license.
What:
Reviews federal and multi-state tax returns, supports flow-through entity work, conducts tax research, trains staff, and assists managers across a variety of tax engagements.

Position Overview:
As a Tax Senior, you will support the Greenville market by reviewing federal and multi-state tax returns, assisting with flow-through entities, researching tax issues, mentoring staff, and communicating effectively with managers, partners, and clients. This role offers strong growth potential without requiring relocation and is well suited for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and values high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review federal and multi-state tax returns, with emphasis on flow-through entities.
  • Conduct tax research using online reference tools.
  • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned by managers.
  • Train, guide, and develop Staff Accountants.
  • Communicate regularly with managers, partners, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • CPA certification or active progress toward licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience.
  • Prior review experience required.
  • Strong computer skills; experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client service skills.
