What You'll Do Prepare and review individual and business tax returns with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness Apply fundamental principles of tax law and standardized tax preparation procedures to more complex tax matters Provide tax and accounting-related consulting services to clients Maintain and strengthen client relationships through professional, responsive communication Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, engaged work environment Ensure compliance with all Firm, Federal, and State regulations, policies, and procedures Analyze financial statements and apply strong general accounting knowledge What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required) 4-7 years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting CPA license or progress toward CPA strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Our Culture in Action Our culture is built on engagement, collaboration, and trust.
