Corporate Tax Analyst - Tax & Financial Analyst/Tax Associate (Corporate)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support the preparation, review, and maintenance of tax records and filings. This role involves working on moderate to complex tax projects, including corporate and partnership tax returns, consolidated filings, and related reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns, schedules, extensions, and estimated payments in accordance with filing deadlines Support the preparation of separate company and consolidated corporate tax returns, as well as partnership tax filings Perform financial and economic analyses to support tax planning, budgeting, and reporting Interpret financial statements and tax data to ensure accuracy and compliance Research and respond to inquiries from government agencies related to filings and compliance matters Prepare tax calculations and documentation to support audits and tax controversy analyses Assist in developing tax assumptions for financial models and business projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, or financial analysis
