We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our Draper office. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with business owners, individuals, and firm leadership while providing meaningful tax planning and compliance services. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, corporation, fiduciary, and nonprofit tax returns Assist clients with tax planning and consulting projects Research tax issues and develop practical solutions Prepare and review multi-state tax returns Assist clients with accounting and QuickBooks-related questions Work directly with business owners and management teams Mentor and assist less experienced staff members Develop and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA licensure 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Experience with UltraTax CS and QuickBooks preferred Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off and paid holidays Flexible work arrangements Professional development and continuing education support Collaborative and team-oriented culture
