Kovarik & Kim specializes in providing personalized expertise in accounting for high net worth individuals and families. Proactive, personal attention is how we do business. As such, this role is technically challenging and includes frequent communication with clients and other advisors. Members of the Kovarik & Kim team exhibit and demonstrate a unique combination of expertise, knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect and listen to people. The ideal candidate is ambitious and eager to learn, with demonstrated communication and organization skills. This role is expected to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment, in our pursuit of providing the best possible experience for our valued clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or relevant advance degree CPA eligible Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. Proficient use of technology Knowledge of basic accounting concepts involved in tax return preparation preferred, but not required.
