Our client, a well-respected and growing firm, is looking for a full-time Tax Associate with 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience to join their Laramie, Wyoming office. Responsibilities Include:
Prepare, a variety of small - medium size business and individual tax returns including S-Corps, C-Corps and partnerships Ability to handle client tax questions, collection of information and consultation Assist clients with tax planning, projections, and other client deliverables Perform tax research to respond to tax inquiries and special projects Assure compliance with state and federal tax laws and regulations and respond to inquiries from federal and state tax authorities as necessary Provide timely, high quality services that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
A. or B.S. in Accounting 1 to 3 years of tax experience in public accounting, preferably with a local or regional firm EA or CPA/CPA eligible preferred Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other software Commitment to excellence and high standards, both personally and professionally
